We have over 30 year of experience in property management. We hold our Sales Associate license with the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION DIVISION OF REAL ESTATE and a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Real Estate Management has been my passion for decades and I started out in the commercial management side and eventually chose to master my skills in the residential management business.

You will need them to be very responsive to your questions so make sure they answer the phone and your call does not go to email. It is important they have great connections with all the important service companies. Most of all make sure they follow a code of Respect, Integrity and Customer Focus.
