We currently manage more than 80 doors throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and some areas of Miami-Dade, and are committed to ensuring that each property is well-maintained and profitable for our clients. Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing starts at 50% of first months rent and 8% ongoing fee. However, each situation is unique and we have a $75 flat fee option as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we determine if we are the right fit for each other. We are a boutique shop and we offer so much more than traditional management. Robbie is a licensed CPA and has 3+ years advising individuals and institutions on buying investment property. Jacob is a veteran when it comes to rehabbing and managing renovations. Our team is well equipped to handle management, tax preparation, renovations, transacting in real estate and helping you grow your portfolio.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Both Jacob and Robbie are graduates from the University of Florida. Robbie is a licensed realtor and CPA in both Florida and Georgia.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are investor-focused but open to all property owners who are looking to maximize their income and keep their asset in optimal condition.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We responded to a lead on January 6th, signed the agreement Jan 7th and had the property rented with a qualified, vetted tenant on January 22nd. It was a win-win-win!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A thorough consultation to first ensure we are a right fit. Then, we will meet at your property (or can setup a Zoom) to discuss your objectives and our advice on the best strategy to earn top dollar while protecting your investment.
