What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices are set by the marketplace. I do offer discounts based upon your exact needs. I also offer other additional service that you may need or want. Concierge services, management of repair/upgrades, out of state buyers additional neighborhood tours to help you understand the perfect fit, airport pick up and more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will talk about your exact needs for either selling your property or buying a home, townhome, condo or investment property - single or multi-family. Selling: Touring your home, understanding upgrades and renovations. plus presenting, discussing other properties sold and sale history and consulting on pricing which will depend upon your time frame and if you have more time to wait for a price vs. needing to move sooner. We will discuss. Buying: Discuss what you new "perfect home" looks like: what key features you want and your "must haves" and/or the top 3 features we will focus on plus and the other items you want in your new home. We will discuss number of bedrooms, size, stairs vs. villa, single family, garage, level of renovation, development amenities (pickle ball, pool, tennis, clubhouse, golf). We will discuss the monthly carrying charges you are comfortable with. I can help you with financing options and introductions to our mortgage partners or work with yours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Business degree/ MBA which helps me to help you analyze your purchase, renovations, mortgage/financing types. My education especially helps me to work with investors and analyze ROI on different properties. Additionally, I am trained in and have sold online/digital advertising and direct marketing, having sold it for 20 yrs in NYC !! In addition to my real estate license I also have a Pricing Certification enabling me to value your property properly for rapid SALE and getting the highest price given market conditions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always wanted to get involved in this area. I want to help my clients with their biggest investment. I like to help and also work on downsizing or senior rehoming/health moves (even if the family is out of state- I can handle it all including liquidating, cleaning/updating/accessorizing preparing for the sale. (Ask me about these services) I also love interior design, architecture, renovation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Anyone who can use real expertise buying or selling across different towns and communities. In addition, I work with income investors, rehabbers finding the right home and negotiating the best pricing to make the investment work. Even if the home is not currently on the market, I can source it from the current owner to put a deal together.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When assessing an agent, prioritize individuals with relevant expertise, demonstrable skills, a solid educational foundation, and a strong sense of honesty. Look for specific training and certifications that align with the project's needs, as well as their ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Ultimately, the most crucial factor is whether you feel you can effectively and enjoyably work with them, especially if you'll be working closely for an extended period. Bottom line; do you feel that they can get the job done.
