We work with you like your were family. We strive to treat others as we would like to be treated. We listen with the intent to understand and respond in a timely fashion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 30 year of experience in property management. We hold our Sales Associate license with the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION DIVISION OF REAL ESTATE and a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Real Estate Management has been my passion for decades and I started out in the commercial management side and eventually chose to master my skills in the residential management business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with everything from large corporations to individuals in both property management and leasing.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every property is different and I enjoy the challenges and successes they each bring.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you work with a provider that is backed by a nationwide company with decades of property management experience. You will need them to be very responsive to your questions so make sure they answer the phone and your call does not go to email. It is important they have great connections with all the important service companies. Most of all make sure they follow a code of Respect, Integrity and Customer Focus.
