We have transparent pricing on our website and offer investor packages for owners of 5 or more properties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I like having a brief phone consultation to discuss what the property owners goals are, the condition of the property, and other details. I will then provide the owner with a rental analysis which includes market comparison of similar properties and we will finally collaborate on a rental price before we go to market and fill the vacancy asap.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified Real Estate agent in Florida and have additional training specific to property management and fair housing laws. I am also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by self managing my own properties and then I realized how tough it was to balance that with my corporate career. I realized the benefit I could bring to others who, like me, hadn't even considered using a property manager. Having a rental property can be manageable and profitable when you leave it up to a professional.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a wide range of customers, some have decided to downsize and rent out their current home. Others hard purchased property merely as investment. No matter what I treat everyone's property as if it were my own.

Hire someone who is responsive and who you know won't just sent you to voicemail every time you call.
