Look for someone who is actively following trends of vacation rental channels i.e. (Airbnb, VRBO) These channels are always changing with every update, changing algorithm that leaves some host on the last page. Ask your professional about nightly rates and occupancy, and how they plan on optimizing both for your property. Make sure that your provider is using professional photography of your property. Ask your provider about maintenance schedule and make sure they will keep your property in top shape for optimal profits.
