Our Rent Prosper team is made up of experienced real estate professionals.
Our founders are licensed Real Estate Brokers, REALTORS, Certified Investment Analysts, and Community Association Managers... with over 30 years of experience in the local Central Florida market.
We have a fully licensed in-house Air Conditioning company as well, for faster service, plus cost/quality control. Benefiting our tenants AND owners alike.
Our investment property manager teams are fully licensed Real Estate professionals, whom have over 30 years experience in the local area as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company's founders are landlords who love real estate. After years of experiencing poor service with our own investment properties, we knew there should be a better solution.
So, we formed our own property management solution and developed a proven system we like to call The RENTPROSPER Way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our client-serving and problem solving team helped one of our long-time clients sell over 30 of his condo units in Orlando... Plus, we facilitated the purchase on the other side to an investor group within network.
Our focus was to provide the best service and value to our longterm client and assist them seamless transition from one owner to the next. In the end, all were extremely pleased with our help, the win-win outcome, and that this complex project took only a handful of months.
Single property and new client onboarding that we do regularly, only takes a matter of a week or two! Service and convenience (plus speed!) is always our goal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some people think that all property management companies are the same. They all do the same thing and offer the same kind of services.
What often happens is that many of these folks choose the cheapest one to manage their properties, and then, they soon find out they've made a big mistake.
They quickly learn that the low-budget property management company is...
-unprofessional,
-there's little or no response to phone calls and emails,
-they don't do what they said they would do,
-don't help you get the best cash flow and returns,
-AND don't do the right thing.
What's worse is that these owners end up spending more time and money and have more problems and headaches than they did before they hired the low cost property manager.
Plus, they often times receive less monthly cash flow and worse annual returns for their property.
In the end, the low cost property manager is not worth it and really does not save you anything.
