I like to get to know my clients to learn their goals and work style so we can both ensure we will have a smooth transition and path to success.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licenses Real Estate Broker in GA with over 10 years of experience managing a wide variety of rental properties. I am also an investor myself so I know firsthand what other investors want out of a property.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After entering real estate in 2007, property management found me and I grew fond of the intricacies and skills required to successfully make an property income producing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have a range of local clients, out of state clients and international clients. You can ensure that your property will be safe with me and be treated as if it were my own investment property.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love to take over properties that were being managed by another company, a recent home was with another manager and on the market for over 5 months, I successfully leased the home in less than 30 days in a challenging leasing environment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise them to make sure who they hire is competent and invested in personally seeing their properties achieve success. As a small company, our success is based on your success, we do not have employees here who are paid regardless of the outcome of your property.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would check into how their company is structured and in property management, I would make sure the managers actually visit the properties rather than rely on different departments to report to them.
