What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is determined upon consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically do a virtual or onsite visit of your home to determine how and if it should be listed on a rental site. We can generally give an estimate on that same day. We will do a market analysis to determine the nightly rental rate and any fees associated with listing your home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We became an Airbnb host in 2017 in California and have had stellar reviews since then. We became Super Hosts 3 months after listing our first property and added a second property in downtown LA shortly thereafter. We love everything real estate, home decor, and interior design and we pour our heart and soul into making short term rentals the perfect home away from home for all of our guests.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Traveling professionals who want to make money on their unoccupied home. Investors who are great at flipping a home but can't find the right buyers or occupants. Other property management companies who need to fill their units with occupants or guests.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In 2019 we helped a client list his home on Airbnb under our super host status for Super Bowl in Atlanta. He was afraid he wouldn't get any interested guests because his home was 30 minutes outside the city limits. We came in, did consultation, spruced up his decor, got professional photography, listed his home and within 2 days it was booked for a 5 day stay at $2200. The whole process took about a week and the client was very pleased.
