What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a set price based on a percent of the amount of rent collected each month. Our prices reflect the high level of service that PMI Service group brings to our owners. You will have peace of mind and have your time back knowing that what is likely your largest investment is in the best hands with PMI Service Group's experienced team.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We being with a phone call to discuss the owners goals for their property(s) and how PMI Service Group can help them solve their problems. If it seems like there is a fit we will schedule a visit to their property and discuss the potnetial of the property, including doing a free rental analysis.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are backed by Property Management Inc, the largest property management company in North America. We attended and continue to attend their online and in person property management training. We are a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) were we attend trainings as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We begin by managing our own residential rental properties where we learned the financials of how to evaluate a property prior to purchasing, tenant screening, maintenance and much more. When we decided to go full time into real estate the decision was easy to open our own Property Managment Company and share what we were already doing with other owners to help them realize the same success.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a wide variety of owners from those who just have a single house and may have accidently become a landlord to seasoned investors with multiple properties who are investing for long term wealth creation and cash flow.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped an owner in IL who had purchased an investment property at auction. We took inventory of what needed to be done, found vendors through our established network, oversaw the rehab then helped them find a Section 8 tenant.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First of all make sure the Property Manager (PM) you are talking to is licensed in the State of IL to be providing PM Services. Dive deep into their tenant screening, credit and background checks to make sure they are only placing safe reliable tenants into your property. Ask if their vendors are licensed, bonded and insured to make sure that anyone entering your property to do work is qualified and insured in case something happens. It is imperative that you partner with a PM company like PMI Service Group that will deliver the highest level of service through every stage of managing your property.
