Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We customize pricing for all of our clients depending on their specific needs for the property.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Typically we like to begin by providing a written proposal outlining services, capabilities, scope of practice, and experience. Upon receipt of interest, we like to come out and meet with the Board of Trustees. We also like to conduct a free walkthrough and inspection of the property to evaluate everyone's needs and wants.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our management staff holds real estate licenses as well as college degrees and has been working in property management for more than 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We began working with landlords and property managers throughout Boston as real estate rental agents. We developed relationships and were taught about and mentored in property management. We were asked to manage a property of 68 units—the first property we ever managed and still manage today. Since then, we have taken on other properties including single-family homes, individual condominium units, small and large condominium associations, etc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with everyone from individual condo owners, single- and multi-family homes, small and large condo associations, manufactured homes, real estate developers, and land developments.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Hiring a property manager is something that can seem daunting, but it should be a relationship that puts you at ease, knowing your property is being maintained, fiduciary responsibilities are being upheld, and your investment is growing.
