Our owner, Scott Martin, has a brokers license, is a member of NARPM, and has over 20 years of experience in real estate / property management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We saw that investors were underserved in the property management space in the Waltham area and were also spending too much time managing their rentals themselves. This is why we started Martin Property Management, we serve all of the property management needs for landlords/investors so they can focus on building their portfolios and enjoy the passive income that can come from owning rentals.
