What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We believe in connecting with new customers through a complimentary site tour. This helps us better understand the property and allows us to share details about our services. After our visit, we’ll provide a tailored proposal for managing the property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our management team is comprised of licensed real estate professionals with college degrees. Our seasoned staff has more than 15 years of experience in property management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a Teamworks Company with over 25 years of experience in property management. Our skilled team specializes in managing a wide range of commercial properties, including Teamworks facilities across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. As we grow and adapt to the changing real estate landscape, we are excited to about our expansion into residential property management.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I recommend that they learn more about the team, including how responsive they are in times of need and what kind of vendor network they have. It would be helpful to know how service requests are handled for emergencies and non emergencies.
