How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been involved in Real Estate for 30 years. It is my passion. My primary focus is working with sellers and buyers. I also offer Property Management Services, and act as a liaison between tenants and landlords, I am a mobile Notary Public/Signing Agent who handles all aspects of Notarization needs for my clients and new customers. I also provide Personal Assistant Services. I come to your home or office to lessen the stress on you, am punctual, thorough and accurate and I meet all deadlines!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Have been managing a renovation of a circa 1900 Boston home for a client, transforming it into luxury condos. The property will be hitting the market soon! Have been actively managing the renovation and rentals of dozens of properties for owner investor clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have a thorough discussion with the service provider, lay out clear expectations and make sure you are on the same page. Understand the fees upfront for each service provided so that there are no unexpected costs. This is a relationship business, where loyalty, privacy and discretion are paramount. Have everything in writing, and have clear communication always.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is their budget? Timetable? Real estate goals? Are they pre approved for lending? (if not, I will consult with them and connect them with a professional lender who will work with them) What are their property management needs?
