Southpaw Residential formally Boston Capital Management Inc. specializes in working with individual property owners to service all aspects of their real estate needs. We provide property management, contracting, maintenance and landscaping services that preserve and enhance the value of the real estate investments we manage. We also have a full service brokerage to ensure each property rents or sells at market value. Sorry we DO NOT do Condo Associations. However we do manage individual units for condo owners. Our philosophy is to allow our clients to bundle services within our infrastructure to drive down the cost of their real estate needs while increasing the values of their investments

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge a small percentage of the gross monthly rent, and we bundle maintenance requests under the fewest amount of service calls saving the owners $$$.

Educate them on exactly what we offer, what sets us apart, and what it would look like on a monthly basis.

We have a combined 40 years experience in Property Management, Rentals, Sales, & maintenance.

We specialize in residential investors/owners looking to have their condo, multi-family, or mid-rise managed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your interests are aligned. Southpaw Residential does not receive a dollar until the owner does. Also make sure you are receiving direct billing from any vendor used.
