What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price will vary on the type of services the client requests. We offer Limited and All-inclusive property management services. Complimentary consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet with client to understand needs and discuss services at the property or we can stop by later and evaluate the property. We will do a rental analysis of the property to determine the price range and work with owner to ensure it is ready for the market. We discuss next steps after initial consultation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed Property Manager in the state of Maryland. Take Fair housing and continuing education classes in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We began with a residential property and saw a need to provide Property Management services. We joined the PMI team as the local branch. We are passionate about helping to protect and preserve owner assets and will treat your property like it’s our own. PMI has proven systems, and decades of industry knowledge and experience that will help us successfully guide owners through the whole property management process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We provide residential property services to landlords and investors in single-family, multi-family, condos, and townhomes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The cornerstone of our business is to provide top notch service to our customers. We pride ourselves in addressing concerns in a timely manner. A recent project we encountered a tenant called early in the morning to notify of a leak in the laundry/ furnace/ heater room. The tenant thought it was the washer. Over the phone we asked a few questions and we decided to pass by the property to evaluate the situation. The water was coming from the heater not the washer machine. Called a few vendors and after the vendor arrived decided to replace the water heater. The tenant was very pleased on our sense of urgency to solve the issue. The landlord was also informed before proceeding and was very pleased on how the situation was handled by the end of business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A rental property is a long-term investment. Evaluate return on investment by calculating rent, revenue, vacancies, management fees, and maintenance. Does it make sense to rent the property? A great business relationship starts with partnering with the right Property Manager. The Property Manger provides the owner peace of mind by open communication and mutual understanding.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be open with your questions and ask for clarification in doubt. Questions to include experience, pricing, timeline, and what is included or not included.
