What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer 75-100% Leasing fees and 8 - 10% monthly management fees. No hidden fees and absolutely no cost to meet with you and answer all your questions!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

K&K will meet with you at your rental property, discuss your needs and give you our best advice. We will provide you with information about properties that have already rented in your area and what we think your property will rent for compared to what is currently on the market. Our process involves creating great ads for advertising, promptly responding to potential tenants and then fully screening them to make sure we have a good tenant. We even visit where they currently live! No costs to you until the first month's rent is paid.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

K&K employees have worked in real estate for many years and have worked for some of our competitors - that's why we know we offer better service! Our common sense approach to property management works well!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We love real estate and helping others make money in real estate with our knowledge and experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

K&K works with families who are transferred with their jobs and want to keep their current home or smart investors who know it's a great way to pay the mortgage, make good money and eventually end up with a home that is paid for! We think it's brilliant :) If you're moving into a larger home or downsizing, think about keeping your current home as an investment property. It's the easiest way to get into the business!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

At K&K we are proud of all the properties we manage. We advertise properties for rent as soon as possible and list them on numerous websites with a "FOR RENT" sign out front the next day! It's never good to have a property on the market over 30 days so we work hard to have a good tenant within the first few weeks. K&K is all about giving the best possible service and doing right by you.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

How do you make sure you have a good tenant? Do you inspect the properties inside and out? Ask about ALL costs and fees......many you won't find out about until they start popping up! K&K is fair and transparent in our pricing and we do our best to treat you right!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is your friend, family member or even yourself qualified to manage such an investment as your home?? Hoping and praying your tenant is taking good care of your home is not a great plan. Hire K&K to insure your investment is in good hands. It's very affordable and you will be pleased with the work we do for you! Peace of mind and money flowing into your account is priceless!
