What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We tailor our services to fit each customer's needs; therefore, the first step is to understand our customer and their property management needs. If the customer is new to PM, we discuss how a typical month will be-- and what steps are made to ensure their investment are well-kept as well as brings them profit for years to come.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owners are all real estate investors with properties across the US. Owners all have at least 10 years experience with managing properties for their own properties as well as for others. All of our employees have taken real estate courses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

First endeavor into real estate consisted of seven years of flipping homes (renovated and selling). This then moved to purchasing properties for rental income. Which lead to the owners opening a property management company to manage both their own and others' properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We take pride in all of our transaction. Owners giving us the authority to act on their behalf is a powerful action. We take this serious as we want to ensure that each owner is reaping the profits for their investment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

All customers should pay close attention to pricing, hidden cost and quality of service. Property managers should be able to personalize their services to fit their customers' needs.
