My fee can be paid quarterly or monthly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we talk to see if we are a good fit, next I come tour the property. We then sign an agreement and then I begin to service the needs of the property and the owner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in Property Management for six years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a leasing consultant and after two years was promoted to a Property Manager.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with Remote owners, and Senior Living owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped my remote owner find a new tenant, I managed the turnover process from the previous tenant and stayed within my owner’s budget.

Find out how the budget plan will work. A Property manager will need access to funds for the home.
