What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to interview you as you interview us to find out if we are a fit. We are looking for long term relationships. We will do quick lease ups but the same principles of trust and dependability apply.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I bought my first multi family in 2001 and have been managing rental property ever since!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I became an accidental landlord because it was easier to qualify for a multi family loan than a single family when purchasing my first home. The money I earned as a landlord was very nice!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We can do simple lease ups for clients or longterm rental management. We can do single family homes, small multi, large multi, mixed use, small retail plazas etc. *If you want us to manage your large retail mall, we are willing, but do not have a ton of experience at this time. We could partner on that.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Attitude is everything! Does the manager actually care about you the client and your goals?? We are very client orientated at HPM.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Professionals cost money for a reason. We get results. You are paying for our 23+ years experience. The real question should be, can you afford not to hire us??
