It will then be sent to the property manager for final approval before our office tenders’ payment. Our property managers come from varied backgrounds: Military, law enforcement, construction, maintenance, engineering, childcare, sales, consulting, and customer service. By actively seeking personnel with a wide range of experience, we promote a diversified approach to property management. Each team member brings a unique and valuable approach to situations, which allows for some incredible collaboration and outside-the-box solutions. The sales team we have is top notch.
