What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our goal is to take the stress out of rental ownership. We will be happy to explain our services and fees and what you can expect from Real Property Management Consultants.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Though a licensed real estate agent as required in the state of Missouri (and also licensed in Kansas), we have decided to only focus on property management. We feel we can best serve our clients if we do that one thing really well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After almost 30 years in service-related leadership in Corporate America, we decided to provide a service that didn't require travel out of town and allow us to remain in the area we love.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with investors of all kinds - with one property or dozens. We love introducing first time investors to real estate investment.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked with an owner that had decided to replace/rebuild the home on their property. We found a short-term rental solution that allowed them to continue receiving income until they were ready for the rebuild.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We feel we offer the best of both worlds - we are a part of the largest residential property management company in North America so have access to the best systems and processes and a wealth of industry knowledge. Our Lee's Summit-based office is still small enough to give the level of service to our clients we ourselves would enjoy.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We are a faith-based company that believes in transparency. We prefer to walk through all of our paperwork with you before you make a decision so you will be comfortable with all of our services and fees. We focus on quality service to both our owners and our tenants. Owners deserve strong communication so they know what is happening with their investment. Tenants that are treated well hopefully take better care of the property, pay more regularly and stay longer.
