We offer very competitive pricing and premium asset management services. We only charge when the property is rented. Bulk discounts are available. Please call or message us and we ll be more than happy to help you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with client, and get their expectations about the property. We work our numbers and provide all the research to client, and any recommendations for improvements.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our employees are thoroughly vetted and have proper licenses. Every one has to go through mandatory training. All of our contractors have permits and licenses. Please call us to find out more about our vendor and training programs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started as landlords when we moved from our primary home. Since then we have been involved in all facets of real-estate, as landlords, investors, lenders, property managers and mentors. Get in touch to find more about us.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of our clients are either first time home buyers who buy another home and need someone to look after their first property, or remote investors. We deal a lot with out of state investors as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are available 24x7, and our clients and customers can get answers within minutes of their calls, rather than leaving messages on voice mails.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please ask them how many properties their company manages ? What are "other costs, markups" associated with management. With PMI Triangle, its flat rate and all services are included. All invoices and prices are transparent.
