What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For people interested in renting a home, the process starts with an online application. For Real Estate Property Owners interested in Property Management, We start with an inspection to determine that the home meets our standards: Safe, Clean and Functional. Next we have our marketing team take photos and start the tenant vetting and screening process. From that point on we take care of all Management of all bills and rent collections, evictions, maintenance, HOA compliance, enforcing of all legal issues etc. Our Leasing Guarantee guarantee is placing a qualified renter within 21 days from when the home is market ready.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Leadership Team has over 55 years of Real estate experience between us. Our Team of Brokers and have been in Multi-family, Single Family and Commercial Property Management for over 5 decades!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am Motivated by Helping People. In Property Management, I get to help Investors by protecting their homes AND I get to take part in helping a person or family find the residence they will be creating new memories in.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with everyone from a retiree wanting to downsize and keep their home for their children, to Out Of State Investors who own dozens of properties and need a trusted professional who has their best interests at heart, to protect their investments.

We rent most homes in under 2 weeks!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet the team! Get a feel for the people who will be caring for your investment. Don't shop based on cost only. An additional 2% savings in management fees can cost you thousands at end of lease repairs...Our experience speaks for itself!
