What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every cleaning has a different characteristic that may affect the pricing. This is why I like to speak on the phone to my clients to get a better idea of what they ideas they have in mind and what I can add on for them. This communication is also THE best way for us to get comfortable with one another before the work begins! I offer discounts for more frequent cleans! 20 miles outside of my own residential area I charge a mileage fee of $0.50 per mile.
