We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service at great value. Our monthly management fee is 7%. Depending on the type and number of units under management, this can vary.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to have a brief call with new customers to understand their current needs, discuss strategy for maximizing their investment's value, and setting a time for us to go by the property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Owned and operated by licensed and insured NC & SC Brokers who own their own investment portfolio in the Charlotte market.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We initially handled our own rental portfolio but soon discovered through conversations with fellow investors the significant challenge of finding a reliable management company. The right management can truly determine the success or failure of an investment! Recognizing this gap in the market, we saw the need for a management company that understands investor needs: affordable full-service management that treats homes with the same care as their own.
