What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initially contacting and assessing their needs, gathering property details, conducting a thorough inspection, discussing tenant screening procedures, outlining management services, setting clear expectations regarding communication and maintenance, and establishing regular reporting mechanisms to keep the client informed; all while maintaining open communication and a service-oriented approach throughout the onboarding phase.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 10+ years in real estate investing. Also, a license real estate agent.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started as accidental investors while serving in the U.S. Navy. We used the purchase and hold strategy to build our portfolio of investment properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We typically work with residential property owners looking to rent out their homes, including single-family houses, apartments, condos, and sometimes even multi-unit buildings. We also cater to individual landlords with a few properties, or even property developers managing new construction units.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of a 3 story townhouse we have to partially rehab. We are currently working with the owner that had a prior tenant living there and somewhat destroyed the property. We are in the process of making it beautiful.

What are your goals for the property? Do you want to add more properties to your portfolio? What services do you need them to provide? What is your budget? What is your timeline? What is your ideal tenant profile? How will they handle maintenance and emergencies? What are their fees and what do they include, and how do they screen tenants?
