We also offer full service fee based management to include collection of rents, leasing, tenant communications, scheduling of maintenance, etc. What sets us apart is we do mostly everything in-house (maintenance, repairs, home improvements) to keep costs down for owners and improve resident satisfaction. We do offer contract services for non managed property.
