Our onboarding process begins with an understanding of the specific needs of the property owner. We then draft a management agreement, set up communication preferences, and integrate the property into our management system. We reach out to tenants and onboard them into our system. Both tenants and owners are provided access with online portals. Our goal is a seamless transition with minimal disruption to tenants.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our journey into property management was born out of personal experience and a desire for change. The founder of PPMS, a seasoned real estate investor, once entrusted his properties to a management company, hoping for ease and peace of mind. However, he was met with a series of challenges, from unresponsiveness to prolonged vacancies and management mishaps. Instead of the promised stress-free solution, he faced daily headaches and mounting concerns. Rather than settling for subpar service, he was inspired to establish PPMS, aiming to provide the quality of service he had once sought. Our company was founded on a commitment to treat each property as our own, ensuring landlords receive the hands-off, stress-free experience they deserve. This personal connection and firsthand understanding of property owners' needs drive our passion and dedication to excellence in property management.
