Let's meet at your property so I have a better understanding of how it fits in the marketplace and what you are looking to accomplish. Once I know I can achieve your goals and you feel confident I can deliver the same we can move forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 years in commercial property management with residential management added over the past 5 years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I purchased a mixed-use property several years ago and added the residential management services to my business. Now I am looking to make that a focus for other owners of residential investment real estate.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk with several property managers but don't make a decision based solely on price, whether it be high or low. Your home is one of your your most important assets - make sure you entrust it with someone who will treat it as you would.
