Our no commitment INTEGRITY guarantee will give our clients 2 months of service with no commitment. This will give us the time to show our value and build a relationship for years to come.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We immediately send new customers an information packet to help explain our services and how we can help. We then schedule a quick introduction phone call to make sure we are a good fit. Once that's settled we go over the 70 point transition checklist to ensure that the transfer is smooth for everyone involved.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We know how to do it right for our clients because we use the same system for our own properties. We started off as a small family business buying single and multi-family properties to sell or rent out. We currently own a number of multi family properties in the Hudson Valley areas.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started off buying and selling single family houses before the market took a fun turn. We then switched to Multi-family properties to own, rent out and manage.

We serve associations of any size as well as single family, multi family, commercial and retail property owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have a number of associations that we effectively turned from being in jeopardy of bankruptcy to being financially secure with a healthy property reserve on the way. We analyzed the contracts and cut the dead weight. We made recommendations about hiring in house staff when it made sense. We changed some vendors, accountants, and contractors as needed. This was an extreme position. Most of our transitions look like a tune up as opposed to putting out a fire.
