What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up an initial call to understand the pain points that they are having with the property management of their homes or investment properties. From there we set up a second call to discuss the solutions that we offer to resolve their pain points. The last step is to do a walkthrough of the property, either on our own or with the owner. Once we contract, we will create professional pictures, list and market the property and seek qualified residents for the properties.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We purchased our Franchise from Property Management Inc which has over 400 franchises across the US and over 30 billion dollars in Assets Under Management.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We suggest you get full transparency from your Property Management company. What do they offer? What do they do to help you find the best qualified residents? What do they do to maintain your property to not only keep it up to date, but enhance it over time to make your asset more valuable? How much are they going to charge you and for what?
