What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price based on the services needed. If you’d like us to oversee leases and collect rent then the monthly fee would be a certain percentage of that rent. Onsite services would be charged a flat monthly fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We’ll get a clear understanding of the services to be performed, then outline the details in a proposal agreement to be signed by both parties. From there a schedule is created and a team member is assigned right away.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out as a rental property owner with a full-time career who saw the need for property management services for working professionals and real estate investors. As an owner myself, my team is built to manage your property as if it were my own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Overseeing the gutting and redevelopment of a rental property ranks very high up there since my client was pretty happy with the results; the value of the property increased and the rental income skyrocketed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know exactly the services that you’ll need and the ones you won’t. Also only serious inquiries would be appreciated.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have a conversation with the provider about how RELIABLE they are, response time, maybe ask for references that speak to them being timely and great to work with.
