Introduction

Every owner who has partnered with us has seen increased stability, higher rental collections, and substantially fewer headaches! This includes clients who have self-managed for 40 years and new investors alike. I’m passionate about real estate and have been my entire life. My wife thinks I'm a bit obsessed! 20+ years of rental ownership, you have to be!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Fortunately our pricing plan is simple!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I finish a book every 7-10 days and usually rotate these four categories. Real Estate, Business Development, Self Development, and Science Fiction. Aside from that I'm tapped into several landlord associations, take continuing education classes at Hondros College, and far surpass the minimum Realtor requirements.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I love to travel and I am an entrepreneur. After several successful small businesses (vending routes, a bar, a cleaning company, and more) I settled into real estate. It provides duplication of time, protection of capital, and consistent growing income. There are many other benefits, but both owning real estate and managing other's portfolio are highly satisfying and provide the type of lifestyle I desire for my family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Some days I'm taking off access panels and finding the source of a leak, other days I'm showing properties, and other's I'm building financial reports. The property management industry requires flexibility and a myriad of skillets to be combined effectively.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Meet them, interview them, and get to know them. The person or company you hire to represent you as a property manager is just as important as who you hire to manage your finances, your taxes, and your estate. They will be providing a buffer for legal (tenant relations) matters, growing your cash flow, preparing financial reporting, protecting very expensive assets, and much much more ... at least if you hire us they will be!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It's difficult to quantify just how different I am from the run of the mill property managers. I own property, and while it's a cliche to say I treat your rentals as if they were my own ... that's really how I make decisions. When there's a leak it's dealt with promptly. If a tenant doesn't pay, eviction processes are started the same month. My primary source of income has been my own rentals for the past 6 years. I wouldn't have survived without being professional and becoming systematic!
