What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is not fixed. I work with all types of landlords. I am new school and old school, I do not let my ego guide me like a fool. I know how to customize to fit all solutions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If possible, I love to sit down to talk prospective clients to see what their true needs are right now. I like to create a short and long term plan, we treat our work like a workout plan designed to get in your property into great financial shape.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had a client whose husband died, he left an 8 unit apartment and single family house to his daughters. My client knew at the time I was not doing property management but she knew I was detailed, trustworthy and tough. I got 2 properties under management then more came instantly, that is how I started through helping people the old school way.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work everyday people. I work with seasoned landlords, inexperienced landlords, corporations that own property, HOA Boards, professionals of all types. I work with good people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped clients develop large historic single family do a conversion into 2 separate legal units. I handled permit process, guarding property, leasing, paperwork, etc. I eventually leased it for full market price while still managing it full time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You have to see the process as teamwork, being creative and problem solving all the same. A good property manager will help your investments make more money, not loose money!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

People need to outline what is most important to them at the beginning. Being proactive as a landlord is the best route. For example, if you know the water heater is old and barely working, be proactive! Get a new one now! :)
