What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our management fees are set based on the type of management that our clients are seeking. We have clients that want to maintain certain aspects of the management process. We have adjusted our pricing structure so our clients only pay for the services that they need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We work with clients of all different needs and from all around the world. We can meet in person or schedule an on-boarding call with our staff to fulfill your management needs as soon as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training first began by self-managing our owner properties. After years of success we decided to take the skills that worked for our own proprieties and offer them to the public. All County NEO Portfolio has an in house broker, associate broker, along with 5 licensed real estate agents.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We first started by my self managing our personal rental properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with client from not only Ohio or the US, but also international investors. Our clients rental inventory varies from 1 unit to over 100.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our early clients purchased a portfolio of rentals that very severally distressed and unprofitable. Our first step was developing a plan to rehabilitate the properties. Property by property we coordinated repairs and brought the properties to rent ready condition. We consider rent ready condition a home that we would personally want to live in ourselves. Over the course of a 8 months we assisted our client in rehabbing and renting all 6 of his units.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a property management company that values communication. Your rental portfolio can easily be one of your biggest investments and I cannot stress how important it is that you be able to communicate with your property manager.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. How much is my own time worth? 2. What level of involvement do I want to maintain, while I have my properties managed.
