I've been managing residential Real Estate since 1994 and started my own business in 2006. I am honest and reliable and love property management. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on a flat fee service. Two platforms are available. Full service (Leasing, rent collection and maintenance oversight). Customized service (Separate leasing, separate rent collection or separate maintenance oversight. A price list is available.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers have to be qualified through background check and employment. All new customers (rental residents), will be approved by the owner of the real estate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I, the Property Manager, have a business degree from Cleveland State University, am a Realtor and am a Certified Property Manager (CPM). I own Real Estate Management Resources, LLC and been managing residential Real Estate for 25 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Being that a career in Real Estate Property Management covered all major topic that I studied in college, I choose to enter this field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All customers that I have worked with customers that were looking for a safe and clean housing to raise their children. Owners and I were in agreement with who I was going to lease to. Applicants had to be credit worthy, a clean background check and stable employment.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most projects that I was fond of were housing that was in "move-in" condition--i.e. new or clean carpet, fresh paint, clean, newer windows, etc. Usually, these took a month or less to lease.G

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be honest and put work before the dollar.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look at the future. How long will I be here? Run through scenarios of "what if" Can I afford this? What happens when money runs out? Do I have savings?
