What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would suggest to anyone looking for a property manager to make sure they know the market. Be sure to ask them questions about not only where rental rates are in that market but where are the rental rates going in five years or 10 years. Also, where have the rental rates been in the past couple of years in that market. A market analysis is key and exploring potential fluctuations and will help solve any problems that arise.
