Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped our existing client purchase a new property, get it to the rental standard and get it rented with a significant return on the investment. They were able to refinance after the tenant was placed and get all the invested money back. Now they have a house with a tenant, all the money they spent and have a cashflow of $200 a month.
