Introduction

I have always been into real estate. Before I became a Realtor, I have been in Property Management for 20 years. I started out as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager to Manager and eventually a Management Specialist. I currently specialize with First time or seasoned home buyers, sellers, and investors. There are no words to explain the joy and happiness I bring my clients when they find their dream home and ease the mind of landlord who have hired me knowing that their investment is carefully looked after.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My fees as a sellers agent is rather discussed in person. I do not charge any fees as a buyer's agent. My fee for property management is negotiable. I would rather go over in details as this entail specific such as number of properties and services required.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always prefer to speak over the phone if possible so that we can get to know in details exactly how I can assist you with your requests.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have had twenty years in Property Management prior becoming a Real Estate agent. I love working with people. My clients have become my friends and I really love doing what I do. Some of the previous renters I have helped in the past have transitioned into homeowners through my help.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The love for helping people find a home. Whether they are renting, buying or selling their current home to find their next dream home. My passion is to be that person that helped make that dream happen.
