unfold fold
Pricing will be discussed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When working with new customers we will start with a meeting to look at your property, go over pricing and have discussion on what you expect/ want and what we offer. We will then begin the process of getting you ready to list and start getting you bookings!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been doing property management for 7+ years. I have my real estate license and have a very in-depth understanding of the locations and the rules/regulations around the Charleston area.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I first begin with renting out my own property and slowly start acquiring more properties that I also rented out. After my starting my second rental, I started to spread my knowledge to other homeowners which lead to managing properties for home owners that are not stationed in Charleston or want to be hands off.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with homeowners who are not stationed in Charleston, homeowners who are in Charleston but who prefer to have a property manager.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would really advise customers to look at a property managers reviews on their properties. Property reviews can tell you a lot about how that person interacts with guest and the overall experience of a guest with a property manager!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
