What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon signing a new contract our firm will meet with the owner or HOA and review our transition plan, that includes but is not limited to areas of, leasing, financial, property life/safety and resident services (i.e. introduction of new management firm, etc.). The transition plan will include timeframes that will be concluded on prior to effective date of contract.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My education background consists of a Master of Accounting and Minor in Management. I have over 25+ years of experience and training in managing Commercial, Residential and Homeowner Associations. In addition to holding and Property-in-Charge license in the State of South Carolina I hold a Community Association Manager's license in the State of Florida.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for Kennedy Wilson a Property Management and Fund Investment firm in the capacity of Assistant Vice-President and properties were located in Florida, Virginia and Philadelphia.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I formed my company based in Florida back in 1998 where we managed Commercial, Residential and Homeowner/Condominium Associations. I purchased property here in Columbia in 2016 and decided to relocate permanently and sold the business in 2018. I continued to provide consulting services to the new owners until recently.
