Introduction
Clover Hill Property Management company located in Rock Hill, SC. We handle the entire process for you in three phases from leasing, tenancy, and move out. The leasing which involves getting your property ready to rent, doing the advertising, showing the property to prospective tenants, processing potential applicants, approving the applicants, doing all the lease paperwork. That leads us to the leasing fee which is 50% of the first month rent. To tenancy which involves the ongoing month to month, dealing with the tenant, collecting the rent, handling any maintenance or emergency issues that come up…which is covered in the management fee of 10% And finally, the move out phase, which entails doing pre-inspection plus a proper walkthrough and handover of the property, after which a new lease, tenancy, move out lifecycle begins all over again.
