All our pricing can be found on our website, we make money only if you make money and we want to speak to you so we can let you know how we can better your investment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to get to know our clients as much as we can because most of the time the property is their livelihood or the family home, so we like to take the time to evaluate how we can better their investment and/or ensure that childhood home is in good hands.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

30 years of experience in the market and more than 65 offices around the country, on the Charleston office we have a Civil Engineer, marketing bachelor, bachelors in business administration whose also a property manager, real estate agent and a broker.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are experts on single family, multi family and housesitting. We also manage properties that have been approved for Section 8 (HUD).

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We got a the management of a beautiful condo for a client that needed it rented by the end of the month, if that could not be met the property had to be sold, we had only 8 days to make that happen and we got a great tenant in a matter of 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We solve problems, we make owning rental properties easy.
