I have a lifetime of experience and "on the job training".

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am lucky enough to be third generation of investors, Realtors and property managers. My grandmother started investing in apartment buildings in Bayonne, New Jersey in the 60’s while my grandfather was stationed there while serving in the US Navy. My grandparents built a portfolio of over 20 various use properties, located in New Jersey, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana. Growing up, my dad was a contractor and my mother was and is a Realtor and Property Manager in Florida. I’ve had the privilege of growing up in the industry. From collecting rent, to fixing copper pipes. Before I was 10 my grandmother was teaching me creative finance (that might as well been a different language to me at the time). By 18 I worked along side my mother in HOA management. This wealth of on the job training has been invaluable in my career today.

I have worked with all types of customers. From educating existing first time homeowners, who would like to convert their home into an income producing investment. To providing and facilitating investment advising for seasoned investors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework. Make sure you are choosing a Property Management company who is looking out for your best interests.
