What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Real Property Management has over 30 years of experience managing rental property. Our local North Nashville office features licensed agents who work on your behalf not only to manage your rental property but also can be utilized in an advisory role when seeking new property.

We work with clients ranging from out of town investors owning multiple rentals to local individuals who own one rental home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When hiring a property manager it is important to know not all property managers are the same. Be sure to understand any fees involved. Many fees are hidden underneath a low management fee to attract customers. Also important to understand is what you are getting in return for the managment fee. Usually the price difference between a really good manager and a bad one is only a couple hundred dollars a year. The wrong manager can end up costing you far more than the few dollars you saved. Higher than necessary maintenance costs, selecting the wrong tenants who damage your home (or worse don't pay their rent), excessive vacancies, and your wasted time chasing a manager who isn't responsive can be costly.
