What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have fixed rate plans starting at $75 a month. We offer all property management services with our plans and also provide an in-house maintenance team for discounted services (but you are welcome to recommend your own maintenance services as well).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the initial contact, we schedule a meeting in the office to discuss options, get more details on the home, and work with you to come up with a plan for your property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Each of us has a real estate license and have been trained in property management services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started out managing out own properties as just a family business. When we realized that it is something we are passionate about and enjoy doing, we decided why not make our services available to the public? It helped that we all already had our real estate licenses so we were already one step closer to starting our business and everything else just fell into place after.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with primarily property owners who own single family housing but are looking forward to working with multi-family property owners as well. We have also worked with buyers and sellers in need of real estate assistance.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Definitely do your research and comparisons of each company you look at and make sure the services that are provided to you are exactly what you are looking for.
