Introduction

We would love the opportunity to chat and see if we could help with managing your property. We do offer a variety of services and specialize in listing and management of rental properties. I am a certified property manager with over 15 years in onsite multi family housing. Noticing a lack of detail to properties and resident service, I decided to go into business for myself. We strive to provide maximum results to our owners all while providing outstanding service to our residents. Whether short or long term, furnished or un-furnished, We have you covered.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Listing or Property Management fees range from 10%-18% depending on level of services. (one time on-boarding fee of $500) No Hidden additional fees. Consultation services are also available starting at $125 an hour. Get help from a Certified Manager already in the industry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We would inspect the property to see it's readiness for listing. We will then discuss on which type of rentals you are wanting to market as far as nightly furnished or long-term.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a certified property manager with over 15 years in multifamily housing. Currently with a portfolio a 15 properties. Mix of single family, and multifamily. Most are short-term fully furnished Airbnb style but we also have listing management of conventional long-term rentals properties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Many years ago I accidentally started off as a leasing agent and multifamily housing from being a physical therapist and I have loved the industry since. The people that you encounter on a day-to-day basis. Just a fact that you are able to manage someone's property or their home and give them an absolute joyful experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Being in property management for so long you manage to encounter a wide spectrum of people. I do not think that there is any type of personality that I have not encountered.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
What am I most fun projects was when we were managing the grovewood House prior to its sale. Taking that home from nothing to a beautifully furnished housing with minimal budget. And then getting at least within 72 hours of it being ready.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you find a company that is able to give your property or home the attention it deserves. Don't get lost in the shuffle. Having too many hands on deck can cause a lot of miscommunications. In most cases leading to a property not being taken care of correctly..

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They should think about what markets they will be listed to, how they will communicate with the residents and facilitate check-ins, cleanings and turnovers. And who's interest do they seem to have more in mind. Of course it is a business but we want to make sure that we are working for the client. And should find someone who does not view your property as just another number listing.
