We started as landlords, building our own portfolio over the last decade. After seeing the need for more investor friendly property management, we took our years of property management, real estate, and corporate experience and poured it into what is now Navigate Property Management.

We regularly take on new portfolios of 5-50 doors, sometimes consisting of several multi-family small apartment complexes. Our team's ability to seamlessly integrate these portfolios is bar none! We execute with grace and precision every time.
