Extremely competitive rates as follows: Monthly - $89 (Discounts available for 3 or more properties) Renewal - 20% Lease up - 50% of 1st months rent

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We view this as a long term relationship so we certainly want to get to know you, your passions as it relates to real estate and most importantly expectations from us. Second is the property. We want to get to know it inside and out, tenants, history etc so we can set this up to be a successful rental for you with good tenants and protecting one of your most valuable investments.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With a background in finance, I have personally been a real estate investor for 10+ years owning both single family and multi family properties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After 10+ years in corporate finance, like many others, I decided it's time to get the passive income stream going. Now or never. I dived hard into real estate investing and soon discovered a good property manager is hard to find. Thus, I decided to get into the management side as well and try to offer the level of service I would expect, to my clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customers of all age groups who own various properties from the new investor who is just starting out to seasoned investors with 20+ doors.
